To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the contract agreed by his Department with Portakabin, published on 16 February 2024, reference CF-0358300D58000000L5A4EAK, what the spaces required are as set out in the Statement of Requirements v.1 point 4; and if he will publish an unredacted version of the document entitled Final 02 Offer Document Rev C.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
