To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many times has the IOPC carried out investigations into Border Force staff in each year since 2015; and if he will publish a list of each instance, broken down by the circumstances as listed in 3.18 of the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration's Report: An Inspection of Border Force Insider Threat.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
