To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what proportion of patients were seen within four hours in A&E in (a) 2018-19 and (b) each year since 2010-11.

The percentage of patient attendances spending four hours or less in A&E, 2009-10 to 2018-19 can be found in the following table.
