To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, with reference to UN General Assembly's First Committee on International Disarmament and International Security 2018 joint statement on the impact of explosive weapons in populated areas, whether the UK will become a signatory to that statement before the end of 2019.
