To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, for each People Survey undertaken in the (a) Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency and (b) Driving Standards Agency which proceeded it, what proportion of staff reported that during the past 12 months they had personally experienced bullying or harassment at work.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
