To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they plan to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the International Conference on Population and Development Programme of Action in 2019; and if so, how.

2019 is an important year for sexual and reproductive health and rights as it marks 25 years since the International Conference on Population and Development Programme of Action, and 50 years since the formation of United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). UK engagement and representation at anniversary events hosted by UNFPA and other partners will be decided in due course. The UK is a global leader on sexual and reproductive health and rights and we will continue to demonstrate our strong commitment to the agenda through our funding, advocacy and leadership.
