To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how much his Department received from the Exchequer reserve in (a) 2011-12 and (b) 2012-13; and to what use such sums were put.
The information on drawdown from the Treasury reserve is published in the departmental supplementary estimates. The details for 2011-12 and 2012-13 can be seen using the following links. In addition, we have also produced the drawdown details in the following tables.
