The Rolls Building is a world leading venue for dispute resolution, and has state of the art facilities. The Ministry of Justice is determined the building will be maintained to the highest standards, and has, to this end, raised a number of minor issues with the landlord in accordance with the terms of the lease and work is planned to resolve these issues shortly.

Regular user meeting and court user surveys are undertaken in the Rolls Building. The building, its facilities and the administration are regular agenda items to ensure that the building continues to operate efficiently.
