To ask the Secretary of State for Education pursuant to the answer of 24 January 2013, Official Report, column 396W, on Freedom of Information Act 2000, whether (a) he and (b) Ministers in his Department have been consulted as a qualified person under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on responses to Freedom of Information requests submitted by the hon. Member for West Bromwich East (Mr Watson) made since May 2010.
