To ask the Chairman of Committees whether any person directly or indirectly employed by, or offering services to, the House of Lords is remunerated by the House of Lords Finance Department under a personal service company arrangement.

No one on the staff of the House of Lords is paid through a personal services company.

The House does not collect this information about its suppliers. The Administration has however identified at least one current contractor to the House of Lords (a short-term consultant) who is being paid through a personal services company.
