To ask Her Majesty's Government what estimate they have made of the financial benefits in government procurement costs available from rebates from suppliers in return for early payment of invoices.

Government policy is to pay undisputed invoices within five days and to pass 30-day payment terms down supply chains. We do not make early payment conditional on rebates.
