to ask the Chairman of Committees whether the House of Lords will sign up to the 10:10 campaign to reduce its carbon emissions by 10 per cent in 2010.

The Administration and Works Committee is due to discuss the 10:10 campaign at its next meeting, in November. I will write to the noble Lord to let him know the outcome.
