To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he has obtained a legal opinion on the duty of recognition in international law to assist in formulation of policy on the labelling of goods from Israeli settlements.

The Government are currently considering the issue of the labelling of products imported from Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, including relevant domestic and international law issues.
