To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families how much was spent on school transport in (a) Hemel Hempstead and (b) Hertfordshire in the latest period for which figures are available.

Figures are not available for the parliamentary Constituency of Hemel Hempstead as data are collected at a local authority level. The available information on how much was spent on school transport in the Hertfordshire local authority in the latest period for which figures are available (2007-08) is contained in the following table:
