To ask Her Majesty's Government further to the Written Answer by Lord Bach on 2 April (WA 260) concerning the use of two counsel in Northern Irish courts, when the results from the related review will be published.

It is anticipated that a consultation paper on the use of two counsel will issue in September 2009.
