International Development written question – answered am ar 28 Ebrill 2009.
To ask the Secretary of State for International Development which non-governmental organisations have received funds from the public purse to conduct aid work in Afghanistan in the last five years; and how much each received.
For security reasons it is not possible to name the individual non-governmental organisations (NGOs) receiving direct funding from the Department for International Development (DFID).
DFID has allocated the following amounts directly to NGOs over the last five years:
