House of Lords written question – answered am ar 23 Ionawr 2009.
To ask Her Majesty's Government what extra funds and other resources they will provide to each of the multi-area agreements that have been set up.
MAAs are agreements concluded between local partnerships and the Government to find collaborative ways to overcome practical and regulatory obstacles to improved service delivery. As such, the Government have no plans to, as a result of these agreements, provide extra funds and resources to any of the MAAs that have been set up.
