I want to clarify the position on the HASS statistics. They have not ended, in the sense that the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents is now taking over the responsibility. That is in light of work carried out in the Department of Health. I will mention that more in my speech, but I did not want my hon. Friend to run away with the idea that the statistics are no longer available. They are available, but not through the DTI.
