However, she puts great stock in listening to people, so will she listen to women’s organisations such as Engender, JustRight Scotland and the Scottish Women’s Rights Centre, the chief executive of Scottish Women’s Aid, the director of Amnesty International and the chief executive of Rape Crisis Scotland, who have all written to Ms Alsalem to tell her about the safeguards that are currently in place in the bill to protect women?
