The Welsh Government provides significant levels of financial support for environmental projects which benefit the people of Wales both nationally and in their local communities. Mae gadael yr Undeb Ewropeaidd yn creu llawer o ansicrwydd i’r sector amaeth yng Nghymru. Mae swyddogion wrthi’n defnyddio ystod eang o ffynonellau gwybodaeth er mwyn deall yn well y cyfleoedd allweddol sy’n bodoli a’r materion sy’n golygu ein bod mewn sefyllfa fwy bregus. Mae’r gwaith dadansoddi yma eisoes wedi llywio ein safbwynt o ran gadael yr Undeb Ewropeaidd a amlinellwyd ym Mhapur Gwyn ‘Diogelu Dyfodol Cymru’.

The Welsh Government is working to support the agriculture sector in North Wales, as in all parts of Wales, to become more profitable, sustainable, resilient, and professionally managed. Almost 2,000 businesses in the region have signed up to Farming Connect, a vital element of our support to farming, food and forestry businesses.

Mae marchnadoedd da byw ar draws Cymru’n rhannau annatod o’r diwydiant amaeth ac maent yn cyflogi nifer uchel o bobl o fewn ardaloedd gwledig. Maent yn creu cystadleuaeth o fewn marchnad sy’n cael ei dominyddu i raddau helaeth gan ofynion yr archfarchnadoedd ac maent yn galluogi ffermwyr i brynu a gwerthu da byw magu, stôr a da byw wedi’u pesgi y mae modd eu holrhain.

Our internationally recognised environment Act draws from the key international obligations on climate change and biodiversity. Delivery against the Act and the wider framework of the well-being of future generations Act will ensure we deliver on our global environmental responsibility.
The cabinet is the group of twenty or so (and no more than 22) senior government ministers who are responsible for running the departments of state and deciding government policy.
It is chaired by the prime minister.
The cabinet is bound by collective responsibility, which means that all its members must abide by and defend the decisions it takes, despite any private doubts that they might have.
Cabinet ministers are appointed by the prime minister and chosen from MPs or peers of the governing party.
However, during periods of national emergency, or when no single party gains a large enough majority to govern alone, coalition governments have been formed with cabinets containing members from more than one political party.
War cabinets have sometimes been formed with a much smaller membership than the full cabinet.
From time to time the prime minister will reorganise the cabinet in order to bring in new members, or to move existing members around. This reorganisation is known as a cabinet re-shuffle.
The cabinet normally meets once a week in the cabinet room at Downing Street.
