Baroness Ludford

Democratiaid Rhyddfrydol Peer

Baroness Ludford has informed us that due to being an MEP between 2009 and 2014, she was statutorily barred due to the EU law ban on ‘dual mandate’, reflected in the UK’s European Parliament (Disqualification)(UK & Gibraltar) Order 2009, from sitting or voting in the Lords during this time.
