“paternity leave in cases where a mother, or a person with whom a child is placed or expected to be placed for adoption, dies”.—(Chris Elmore.)

During the debate, Mr Elmore said that these are the things that are sometimes unseen. Well, today, these things have been seen and hopefully heard. This is a very important moment, because we are sending a private Member’s Bill to the next stage of becoming legislation.
