Before we begin, I have a few reminders for the Committee. Please switch electronic devices to silent or off. No food or drink is permitted during sittings of the Committee, except for the water provided. Members are encouraged to wear masks when they are not speaking, in line with Government and Commission advice. Please give one another and members of staff space when seated and when entering and leaving the room. I remind Members that they are asked by the House to have a covid lateral flow test twice a week if coming on to the parliamentary estate.
