This amendment is consequential to amendment 163.

Amendment 167, in clause 5, page 5, line 15, at end insert—

‘(5A) “Local Authority in England” means—

(a) a district council,

(b) a county council,

(c) a county borough council,

(d) a London borough council,

(e) the Greater London Authority,

(f) the Common Council of the City of London, or

(g) the Council of the Isles of Scilly.”
