The case that my right hon. Friend mentioned is, unfortunately, not the only case of that type. We have all had complaints from constituents that have taken too long to deal with, so I congratulate him on this excellent Bill. Does he agree that the stringing out of some complaints in the NHS damages people and prevents them from healing after they have lost somebody or after one of their relatives has suffered terrible care?
