We are making excellent progress. Will the Minister set out the predicted fiscal impact of the changes made in clause 51? I am not quite clear what that impact will be, and it would be helpful to have that on record. Have the Government assessed whether the changes will create difficulties in employer pension provision? Has any assessment been made of the availability of pension schemes over and above those available under the auto-enrolment arrangements?
