It may be helpful for Members to know that between now and 11.25 am the Committee proceeds as normal. At 11.25 am, proceedings will be interrupted as per the programme order, and only those questions necessary to dispose of questions already proposed, questions on proposals I have selected for separate decision and proposals made by a Minister of the Crown are put, without further debate. If any Member is seeking a separate decision on a proposal that is likely to be reached after the programme knife has fallen, that Member should let me know.
