Before we start, I should explain that it is proposed that we consider the whole of parts 2 and 3 of the Bill, including associated schedules and all amendments, in one debate on the question that clause 55 stand part of the Bill. Once we have disposed of clause 55, I shall ask the Committee’s leave to put the remaining questions to the Committee in groups to save time. If any hon. Member wants to request a separate decision on any clause, schedule or amendment, it will be helpful if they give me advance notice, perhaps by sending a note.
