– in a Public Bill Committee am ar 29 Ionawr 2002.
Good afternoon. It might be helpful if I remind the Committee that, in accordance with the amendment to the programme order agreed this morning, all questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on part 8 of the Bill will be put at 6 o'clock this evening, and all questions necessary to dispose of proceedings on part 9 of the Bill will be put before half-past 7 this evening. I say before, rather than at, half-past 7, because this Chairman does not sit past 7 o'clock without a break. I am prepared to suspend the sitting at 7 o'clock and sit again at half-past 8, but I am not prepared to have the staff of the House kept sitting for more than two and a half hours in one go. I tell you that now in order to concentrate minds.Clause 346 Disclosure orders
