The Committee will wish to know that shortly before this sitting, the Programming Sub-Committee met and agreed a resolution proposing to amend the programming order agreed by the Committee at its first sitting. Copies of the resolution agreed by the Programming Sub-Committee are available on the Table in the Room.

When the Committee's proceedings on amendment No. 487 to clause 324 have been disposed of, I will invite the Minister to move a motion in the same form as the resolution agreed by the Programming Sub-Committee.
