However, given that you have ruled that I must not say that, I would not dream of so doing. Nevertheless, irrespective of whether it is appropriate to debate the euro, there is a genuine point to be made in that when a Bill asserts what account should be taken of the differences in value, irrespective of party political banter, it should contain a legal definition of what is meant and how it is to be calculated.
