  I shall not keep my hon. Friend the Minister for more than one minute. At first I did not believe in the Bill, but I have made some inquiries, and although I do not believe that there are any dishonest gangmasters and farmers in Norfolk, I can believe that there may be some on the boundaries. The Bill may be a good way of putting the matter right for those who work for dishonest gangmasters...
