66: Schedule 13, page 304, line 22, after “(6)” insert “, 111(4) or (6)”Member’s explanatory statementThis amendment, which would amend section 124 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (orders and regulations), is consequential on paragraph 17(6) and (9) of Schedule 9 to the Bill which omits order making powers in section 111(4) and (6) of that Act.
