12: After Clause 2, insert the following new Clause—“Impact of the charging of a higher amount for long-term empty dwellings(1) Within 24 months of the date on which this Act is passed, a Minister of the Crown must undertake a review of the impact of the provisions contained within section 2.(2) The Minister of the Crown must lay the review before both Houses of Parliament.”
