Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Bill — New Clause — Leave to Enter: Family Unity and Claims for Asylum
A majority of MPs agreed and wedi pleidleisio not to allow those in the EU who wish to make a claim for asylum in the UK, and who would have been eligible for transfer to the UK under EU regulations, to enter the UK to make their claim.
