Draft Important Public Services (Health) Regulations 2017 — 40% Strike Ballot Threshold for Key Health Workers
A majority of MPs disagreed and wedi pleidleisio for the support of 40% of those entitled to vote in a ballot for industrial action by key health workers to be required for such action to be lawful.
