A majority of MPs agreed and wedi pleidleisio for a new employment status of employee shareholder, holders of which may be exempted from certain statutory employment rights; for an option for planning applications to be made directly to the Secretary of State in areas where the local planning authority is deemed to be performing poorly and to postpone a business rate revaluation from 2015 to 2017.
