Protection of Freedoms Bill — Third Reading — DNA Retention, Clamping, CCTV, FOI Datasets
A majority of MPs disagreed and wedi pleidleisio for a series of measures including requiring the police to destroy fingerprints and DNA taken in certain circumstances; to introduce a CCTV code of practice; to ban wheel clamping on private land; and to make new Freedom of Information provisions for datasets.
