Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill — Third Reading
A majority of MPs disagreed and wedi pleidleisio for a referendum on introducing the Alternative Vote system for electing MPs and to equalise the number of electors in each constituency via boundary changes which would also reduce the number of MPs from 650 to 600.
