Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill — Amendment to New Clause 88 — Referendum on voting systems
A majority of MPs agreed and wedi pleidleisio for the proposed Autumn 2011 referendum on the system for electing MPs to be on moving to the Alternative Vote system rather than on moving to the Single Transferable Vote.
