Terrorism Bill — Clause 1 — Offence of Encouragement of Terrorism — "intends"
A majority of MPs disagreed and wedi pleidleisio against making the offence of Encouragement of Terrorism only apply to cases where an individual intended their actions to encourage terrorism.
