Higher Education Bill — New Clause 5 — Abolition of tuition fees chargeable to qualifying student
A majority of MPs disagreed and wedi pleidleisio for the introduction of variable university tuition fees (top-up fees) of up to £3,000 per year in place of the previous fixed fee of £1,250 per year.
