The Deputy Foreign Secretary said to my right hon. Friend Mr Lammy that the ICC does not have jurisdiction. He said to the SNP spokesperson, Brendan O’Hara, that the pre-trial chamber has not reached a decision. He said to Joanna Cherry from the SNP that we have to wait and that this is not the right moment. Does he believe that the ICC has jurisdiction on this issue? Will he give a straight answer—yes or no?
