    A majority of MPs wedi pleidleisio to increase the Married Women’s Reduced Rate of primary Class 1 National Insurance Contributions by 1.25%, in-line with increases to other National Insurance rates which had been made to raise the Health and Social Care Levy, a ring-fenced additional tax to support UK health and social care bodies.

That the draft Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022, which were laid before this House on 17 March, be approved.—(Rebecca Harris.)

On a point of order, Mr Deputy Speaker. I have just voted on the social security motion and ought not to have done so, as I chaired the Delegated Legislation Committee yesterday. I have voted in the Aye Lobby and the No Lobby to nullify the vote, but I owe you and the House an apology for that error of judgment.
