    A majority of MPs wedi pleidleisio against the European Union Charter of Fundamental Rights remaining part of UK law on the UK's withdrawal from the European Union.

Amendment proposed: 46, in clause 5, page 3, line 20, leave out subsection (4).—(Paul Blomfield.)

This amendment would remove the exclusion of the Charter of Fundamental Rights from retained EU law.
