I have read the report of the Joint Committee on Human Rights and noted what was said. As the hon. Gentleman knows, the Home Secretary and Foreign Secretary have both given their response to the Committee's conclusions and recommendations. The Prime Minister has informed Parliament that allegations of potential criminal wrongdoing will be referred to the appropriate authorities. The Attorney-General has been clear that she will not provide a running commentary on those issues, and neither will I.
