That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill [ Lords], it is expedient to authorise the charging of fees by—

(a) the Audit Commission for Local Authorities and the National Health Service in England, and

(b) the Auditor General for Wales,

under provisions of the Act relating to the audit of entities connected with local authorities. — (Claire Ward.)
