Motion made, and Question put forthwith (Standing Order No. 52(1)(a) ),

That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill [ Lords], it is expedient to authorise—

(1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State by virtue of the Act;

(2) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenditure incurred by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England by virtue of the Act;

(3) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable by virtue of any other Act out of money provided by Parliament. — (Claire Ward.)
