How has New Zealand been able to reduce over a 10-year period the number of TB-infected herds from levels similar to our own to being close to TB-free?

Sorry to hear you are standing down, but I do not blame
you when you get an answers such as Hillery Benn gave you on T.B.control in New Zealand. He did not answer the question. He seems to be content to let badgers suffer and order cattle to be killed . Good Luck.
