I have looked into the circumstances surrounding the publication of the White Paper on the UK's strategy for countering international terrorism, which were raised by Mr. Blunt yesterday. I regret that Members were not able to get hold of that document earlier, after it had been laid. In future, I shall require Government Departments to make copies of documents available in the Vote Office as soon as they are formally laid in the Journal Office.
